MH Highway & Transportation Services Ltd was founded in 2012 by Mark Hedley, an Incorporated Engineer with over 30 years of experience in highways, traffic, and road safety engineering.

Mark is a registered Road Safety Auditor and a member of key industry bodies including MCIHT, FIHE, MSoRSA and the IHE Traffic Signs Committee. His expertise covers everything from traffic/highway engineering and road safety audits to Walking, Cycling and Horse Riding Assessments and Transport Assessments.

Backed by real-world knowledge and a “can do – will do” approach, Mark leads the consultancy with a focus on delivering clear, compliant, and effective transport solutions across both public and private sectors.

MH Highway & Transportation Services Ltd is also a Partner of Road Safety Initiatives LLP and therefore can rely on ‘expert’ support for all road safety engineering.
